Lazy pancakes day

Today it's Sunday, probably the strangest day of the week. It's kind of melancholic because it's still part of the weekend but you know that Monday is approaching. Saturday is usually a happy day full of activities to do, friends to see, things to bus, whilst Sunday may turn out to be boring, or you're simply so tired you can't help lying in bed all day.

Nevertheless what I love about Saturdays is brunch!
And today I decided to make American pancakes.

“The laziest man I ever met put popcorn in his pancakes so they would turn over by themselves.” - W.C. Fields, American comic actor

They are easy and you don't have to be a high qualified baker to be successful. What you need is just milk, flour, sugar, 1 egg and a teaspoon of baking powder. And don't forget maple syrup of course!!! I don't have exact amounts, I just know that the mixture is ready when it's creamy and not too liquid. Then just take a frying pan and start flipping your pancakes all over your kitchen, careful not to smash them against the walls or ceiling.

Enjoy

P.S. too lazy even to iron the table cloth...
